| You do not get XP's (Experience Points) for playing Eve... your character is constantly learning new skills. This is how your character grows. | There are plans recommended for a beginner (previous picture) or ou can make your own Personal Skill Plan of what you want to learn. | Your Corporation can even make plans for you. Each skill has to be purchased and starts at 1 and is trainable to Level 5. Each incriment is longer to train. |

| Level I may take 15 minutes, but level II is 5 hours, III is a day, IV is 7 days and V is 20 days (example). This picture shows the social skill section. A square, you don't know it and will need to buy it. A + means you can add levels as you know it. | Some areas such as Spaceship Command here has 90 skills and would take over 5 years to learn ALL of the levels of every skill here. | This is your training section showing your training schedule.
